Picasa for Mac has designed to integrate with iPhoto it doesn’t store any of your pictures, just scans your hard drive/disk and easily displays the photo files that found. Picasa is a program that facilitates users to manage, edit, and share their photo collection. The best thing is it can find and display up to one million pictures from your storage disk on your Mac. Editing options range from retouching to adding text and watermarks.
This tool includes many editing tools, such as straightening, text generation, create collages, and removing red eye, as well as Photoshop-like effects and adjustments. Its collage feature lets you combine multiple images into one. "We want to make it very easy for people to make their photos look better," said Jason Cook, product marketing manager for Picasa.
